Here is a great video that I found for brewing barley wine and strong ales. I am going to be brewing a Double Dan's Dirty (some sort of strong beer, not sure yet) and this video is what gave me the motivation to do it.

Dan's Dirty Graduation Party!!

Had a grad party this weekend in Barre. It was a great time and I got to tap my first keg of Dan's Dirty IPA. The beer had good flavor but it was a little under carbonated. I know what I will have to do to the next keg to get the bubbles.

This is the keg of Dan's Dirty down at the bonfire. The chair was broken and ended up going in the fire along with the broken couch below. Check out a few pictures for the party.
